How to Apply

Submission of application in Person or through Representative / Travel agent with a signed authority letter at the Indian Passport & Visa Services Centre.

Applicants can download the application form from the CGI site and submit the completely filled and signed form along with recent passport photographs & other supporting documents depending upon the type of application, with the applicable fees in person at the Indian Passport & Visa Services Centre.
