Return of Documents

Normal Working Hours:
Document/Passport can be collected at the Indian Passport & Visa Services Centre 08:30 Hrs- 20:30 Hrs: Saturday - Thursday except on declared holidays.

Working Hours during Ramadan:
Document/Passport can be collected at the Indian Passport & Visa Services Centre 09:00 Hrs- 15:00 Hrs: Saturday - Thursday except Fridays and declared holidays applicable to VFS.

Applicants collecting their documents at the Indian Passport & Visa Services Centre will need to produce:

1. Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of submission
   
2. Data page of the passport with the VFS stamp

Please Note: If an applicant wishes to assign a third party to collect the passport on their behalf, the authorized person needs to produce:

1. Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of submission
   
2. Bio page of the passport with the VFS stamp
   
3. Letter of authorization from the principal applicant.
   
4. Photocopy of the ID card of the authorized person.
